How do you get them to call you back? Should we all file a class action lawsuit? There seems to be enough of the same actions and behaviors to prove fraud, misrepresentation, false advertising, broken contract I could go on and on but if this company took your money for shabby work and poor equipment and worse customer service you know what I’m talking about.

This company Daybreak Solar Power is a fraud. They took money from the financial institutions and did not pay the company who actually did the installation.

A class action lawsuit needs to be filed. They are under a new Kineta LLC.

I'm in with a class action lawsuit. How do I find you people on social media. They need to be sued.

Day break is a thief 38000 dollars later

288 a month until $38,000 is paid and electric is completely shutoff due to out rages bill since the installation of panels. I m 70 and pay day break for nothing but loss in return and health issues. I now have had accidents due to no electricity. Spent time in hospital even. Have no heat for over 2 years now due to day break. Family memeber had to be transported to hospital and I almost couldnt call 911 due to no power to charge phone

Systems does not work

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Where to begin ? Too long to put into words. We are not generating any power and was confirmed by both day reak monitoring and Duke power monitoring. Been 3 weeks. We filed a stop payment from loan company. Daybreak let finance company know that day real would be out 2 weeks ago Finance company said that ce out and they never did! We filed another stop payment with the finance company yesterday as they put the entire process on us.

Not producing

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased the solar panels February 2020. After a long process of install I was ready for them to start working.

But I waited a few months to see if the savings wouldnt reflect on my electric bill there was no production or savings shown on my bill so I called the electric company They said I needed to go on the buyback program and had to cancel my current program I was on which cost me $300. I get on the buyback program the solar panels werent producing the amount of solar power they were supposed to generate so I contacted daybreak solar, which the person on the phone had told me that I needed to use all my appliance items during the day basically she did not know what she was talking about so I tried to explain it to her but she didnt understand so I had called the representative they initially contacted and they said no they did not work that way that she was explaining it and then told me he would get back to me and do some figuring. He got back to me and said they calculated the solar panels that were installed was not enough and needed to install some more panels they said they would install and pay for it that I took a while to get done and the communication was horrible. Finally they were installed after almost a year on my house already and paying a loan payment and a full electric bill.

So we started seeing some production but they still werent producing the right amount again I waited to make sure it would reflect on the bill but still did not produce.

And they still are producing so I still plan a high amount of electric bill and my loan and cannot get a hold of a person that knows anything about how the sellers should work all I get is your solar panels are producing enough to cover what is your usages which is obvious but then nobody has calculate amount of solar panels and an average of what they should be producing and I still cant I get a hold of anybody is very difficult to get a hold of a person. On top of all this I had a leak due to when the solar panels were installed one of the brackets were not sealed it took a long time to get a hold of somebody and get somebody out here to repair it so when it was during the raining water was leaking into our attic and into my bedroom and ruined the ceiling they did repair it

since it has been raining here in Florida I have called daybreak solar at least six time and all I get is the answer machine I am still waiting for a call back. If this is the way things are done they can take it off my roof and patch all the holes that are there! Yes I am not a happy camper.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I paid for my solar installation up front and 9 months later it's still not operational. I spoke with senior leadership and they refuse to compensate me for my lost production if the system was operational. Neighbor used another provider (Freedom Solar) and 55 days later they were operational and very happy.

I need help getting into my game but there is noIf you need help, you will NEVER get it way to contact steam or Daybreak! I've been trying for 3hours to send a ticket to Daybreak but when I log in I keep getting a notification saying that I must change my password, verify my email and other garbage.

After doing this for about 3 hours with Daybreak, I tried to get help from Steam but there is no way to contact them for help either!

I just spent way too much money as a customer to not have any help from either of these two and now it seems that I am sol on getting back into the game and getting answers on why I must keep reseting my Password... This is beyond ridiculous costomer service!

They lied to me numerous times, they threatened to sue me when I wanted to drop out after not getting my panels for 9 months

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I contracted in June 2021 they finally called and said they would install after Thanksgiving that did not happen then called in Dec and said they were coming that did not happen, so I had basically given up on the idea then in June I was threatened if did not let them install they would sue me. So, it left me no choice but to continue they said they had all my parts to install but when the company they outsourced me to (I did not know I was being outsourced) showed up they said they did not have all the parts, and it would be 2 weeks before they got the rest of the supplies so that was lie number 3.

I had to contact my electric company because Daybreak said the electric company had not responded to allow them to connect, this went on until I called my electric company one call, and it was done.

Now I am fighting to get things that were not connected right fixed, plus they do not tell you how much of the work you yourself have to do. Please for your own peace of mind do not use this company

Visit After Cancelling Appointment

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
After reading some of the negative reviews against Daybreak solar, I called the company and left a message to cancel my appointment for October 25th at 5pm. A man named Dillon showed up just before 5, stating he had an appointment with me and right off the bat claiming I must have left the cancellation with another company. I assured him it WAS Daybreak Solar, but he continued to argue with me. I asked him if he had anything I could look over. He told me at first he didn't have any booklets or brochures. When I challenged him again, he admitted he had some material but wasn't going to give me anything unless I heard him educate me on what his company offers. I asked him how he knew I wouldn't change my mind after reading his material. He stated several times he didn't want to waste his time, and that's fine, as my time is just a valuable. We abruptly ended the conversation. I would NOT trust this company one iota!!
